Dreamtime Valentino has another succesful
show with Callie James!

After a succesful Hygain show at Werribee -
Congratulations to:
Lori Burgess & Rainga Blaze of Glory made the TOP 10 Show Hunter Galloway final
Michelle Lennan & Dreamtime Above & Beyond won Runner up Show Hunter Hack.
This show was a huge thrill as both these horses are sired by our dear Gumbanero.

This week I have been diagnosed with breast cancer, definately not something I had planned for or even thought about! We certainly never know what's around the corner do we!?!?
I would like to thank my amazing family and loyal friends that have done their best to help me keep my spirit intact.
I don't know what I would have done without you!

DECEMBER 2008 NEWS
Dreamtime Blonde is growing up very quickly, she is such a delightful 'person' and a joy to have around!
Her sire is Oak Park Montezuma who stands at Brampton Stud, her dam is a tb mare we call Belle.
Belle will be for sale when Blonde is weaned.
Over the weekend we took some current photos of Rainga Divine, here's one of them. She is only 3 yo. 16.2hh and absolutely amazing.

"finally the shows have finished for 2008 and to wrap up the season for Dreamtime Valentino and Callie James with the last show , the ADBP Horse of the Year held at Horseworld at Maralya near Windsor.
Dreamtime Valentino won the Siognee Male SaddleStar of the Year , with a kersey rug ,$100 and a beautiful crystal vase,they were judged by Carol Heuchan NSW
He won the Arabian/ Arabian Derivative Show Hunter of the Year judged by Sue Oberg NSW
and was also winner of the Ridden Arabian Derivative Stallion of the Year judged by Mrs Debbie Taylor -Thies NSW
and finalist in the Led Derivative Stallion judged by Mr Graham Dore NZ
Also Kolbeach Flame was a finalist and won the Senior Arabian Derivative Gelding of the Year judged by Mr Graham Dore from NZ.
Callie also rode Holly Connor's horse for runner up Ridden Gelding of the Year.
This show was a bit different than a lot of other shows in that the top 2 finalists went on to compete in the indoor arena on Saturday night with most of the ridden champions pre judged and results sealed in an envelope and opened with all the finalists present. and then awarded their Garlands or rugs which made the evening much shorter than a lot of other shows.The Purebred finalists were judged on the night and awarded the Garlands also. Carol Heuchan stepped up after judging to take over the announcing and created a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere.
This show will only get better and better next year and we were proud to not only compete but also help out with sponsoring at this show
